The mattress wasn't comfortable, the bathroom wasn't repaired, there were lots of leaks, and the AC wasn't cold enough.

Some of the reviews I read about the mattress sinking were true, because I also experienced it. This is really bad, not only do you feel the springs, but to the bottom of it, poor fat body. If the price is a problem, I often stay in hotels or homestays with more or less the same price but more comfortable than here. Even though in general it's okay here.
