The hotel staff is not smiling, there is a repair next to my room. The sound of the drill, the sound of the nail banging, I have complained to the receptionist but it doesn't stop, my child can't sleep. I don't want to come back here again. The superior room doesn't even have a mini fridge. My trash in front of the room was taken but the plastic in the bin was not replaced.

The AC in room 506 was not cold enough, even though it was set at 16. Breakfast included cereal and milk, but the milk was stale. Complained and replaced. The service was quite friendly, the cleanliness was great, and the hotel was family-friendly and easy to access everywhere.

The staff are very friendly, thank God, and I got a business single room on the 5th floor with an outside bathroom but it was very complete, given a toothbrush, towel and water, cold AC, a very nice room view, great wifi, TV works. The outside of the outside shower is very outside and clean. It's really cool, luv.

Kamar minimalis tapi sangat rapih, kamar mandi sharing yang sangat bersih dan tertata, ada shampoo dan sabun di setiap kamar mandinya, ada hair dryer juga depan kamar mandi, yag kurang hanya resepsionis yang terima check-in siang itu yang kurang ramah dalam pelayanan. Selebihnya bagus dan baik sekali.
