Clean room, cold AC, smooth hot water shower, safe motorbike parking & fits ±5 cars, friendly staff.
The downside is that the room is not soundproof, really noisy motorbikes passing by, guests chatting in the lobby sometimes until midnight, neighbors' voices because the guesthouse is attached to densely populated houses, also often smells of cigarette smoke from outside the room (lobby/downstairs) & lots of geckos enter the room (wide gap under the door & from the bathroom).
Hopefully it can be better in the future.

The room is very clean and fragrant, the size is quite good. For a double standard it is very adequate for a family. For hot water it runs smoothly and there are no problems. It's just a bit noisy because there is a cafe with live music below the hotel and I stayed close to the weekend. This is the cleanest guest house I have ever booked

The staff who guard the room are very friendly, the location is close if you want to go to Dago Atas, there are many people selling food too. For that price, the room is clean and really good. They give you towels but there are no amenities such as soap, shampoo, etc. so just bring your own
