The hotel staff was Courteous and nice. Dunking donuts cafe near the front counter. The Chinese food restaurant was taste. Overall it good. Thank you and we had a wonderful stay.👍

The entire hotel smelled like smoke. We slept the first night with pillows and a duvet that was not washed thoroughly— even though we specifically asked for it. Our entire room despite being non-smoking smelled like smoke — including the window covers. They “charged” 15k for a “free aqua bottle” — you can drink the water but can't take the bottle with you (even though that's how you buy it off the supermarkets). This means they refill the same factory mass produced bottle with more water for every guest. Disgusting in every sense of the word

The bed room was clean and comfort, slightly noise from motorcycle in the street. The food in restaurant was good taste, but relatively high prices. The swimming pool seemed no water treatment, dirty. Limited parking especially during weekend. The bathroom needed to be upgraded, especially the toilet seating cover (Room 502) Overall was good enough.

Kamar besar tipe executive business dan ada bathtube, tetapi kamar mandi bocor. Sudah note minta kamar non smoking karena bawa balita, dikasih smoking dengan alasan kamar penuh, walaupun diselesaikan dengan dikasih air purifier dan pewangi. Menu sarapan kurang variatif. Kolam renang tidak besar dan dari terpal dengan alas karet semacam buat olahraga/yoga. Seperti kurang perawatan karena kotor keruh. Ketolong sama view rooftop yang oke dan respon pekerja hotel cepat saat ada permintaan.

Kita ambil 2 malam di hotel ini, hari pertama waktu Subuh2 dibuat kaget karena pas bangun ada genangan air, ternyata dari Tembok yang rembes, lantai basah meja basah dan barang kena juga, minta ganti kamar tapi petugasnya bilang: semua kamar sama. Wow kaget banget. Hari ke 2 gak rembes lagi karena ga hujan, cuma bikin waswas. Oiya terus Kaki ranjang ga ada satu udah diinfo juga bukan di benerin ya malah cuma bilang OK dan ga ada lagi yg datang buat benerin, alhasil kasurnya miring2
