The entire hotel smelled like smoke. We slept the first night with pillows and a duvet that was not washed thoroughly— even though we specifically asked for it. Our entire room despite being non-smoking smelled like smoke — including the window covers. They “charged” 15k for a “free aqua bottle” — you can drink the water but can't take the bottle with you (even though that's how you buy it off the supermarkets). I asked for a birthday compliment from the receptionist for too many reasons. The information from the FO was that I had to ask the F&B department, I tried calling the F&B and they would give it if there was a request from the FO.
