The hotel's service and facilities are very good, except for the unresponsive service at the dining area. During breakfast, we asked the waiter for a refill of the fresh milk which was only ice cubes and leftover milk, but until we finished eating it was still not refilled without any explanation to us.

A 4-star class is a bit lacking, the room is too dark, the mattress is not even a 4-star class, it sounds horrible, I'm afraid of being blown away, the bathroom is flooded, there's a haydaer, the colset is dirty, there's a lot of dirt, the TV room still uses a tube that should be a 4-star class. ledπ

The room is quite big, there is a balcony, the food is delicious and quite varied, the swimming pool is nice and clean, there is a gym too. The air is still cool-cold, the water heater takes a while to heat up at night, it's just lukewarm, so far so good.

The room is big, clean, the water is smooth and safe. I happened to get a viem poll room on the same floor as the pool, so it was more comfortable to access because I brought children. The location is strategic, close to people selling various foods and minimarkets. Recommended.

I stayed in a Deluxe Room at Hotel Palace Cipanas over the weekend and enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
There was a small issue at check-in because my booking showed twin beds, but I wanted a double bed. The hotel sorted it out and gave me the double bed I needed. However, I was asked for a deposit, even though the app mentioned there wouldnβt be one.
The room was clean and comfortable with working AC, a mini-fridge, tea, and coffee. The bathroom was spacious, with hot water. However, there were only two pillows, no hair dryer, and the floor had a bit of hidden dust.
Breakfast was good with a decent variety. The hotel also has a nice pool and a sports area.
Overall, it was a good stay at Hotel Palace Cipanas.
