Good service, good and friendly

Close access to everywhere, and you can see monkeys coming to our room, the hotel also provides tour packages.

Kamarnya luas, pelayanan bagus, cuma airnya kadang hidup kadang mati, banyak monyet berkeliaran 😁😄.

Sewa kamar Alamanda dr 29-31 Maret '24. Hari pertama da air 2 botol di kulkas, bsknya dibersihkan saat kt kluar tapi air tdk disediakan. Krn da rekan kerja makanya sewa yg ada teras. Tgl 31/3-2/4 lanjut tp di room standar Jempiring, krn rekan sdh balik ke Jkt. Trnyata di room Rp. 264.000 tdk disediakan air mineral, tidak ada telepon untuk hubungi adminnya. Sampai hrs telepon via hp krn air panas error. Sy sampai hrs buang waktu dari siang-sore, akhirnya krn haus & lapar cuma bisa cuci muka lgsg keluar. Sy minta hak sy, 2 botol air mineral saat tidak diberikan di Alamanda pun tidak diberikan. Jika bukan krn air panas, sy tidak akan minta, sy bisa beli sendiri. Responnya yg lambaat yg tak perduli pada penyewa, sungguh mengecewakan. Malamnya terpaksa mandi air dingin, sampai besok masih error pemanasnya. Pegawainya datang minta maaf, apakah maaf menyelesaikan masalah sy? Solusi & cepat tanggap, itu yg diinginkan. Sy merasa dirugikan sebagai penyewa selama 4 malam. Kt bayar loh tapi di saat ada masalah, anda tidak segera antipasi, kt dibiarkan menunggu tanpa info apapun sampai dikompleinpun masih pasif. Jangan buat nama bungalow anda turun dgn pelayanan yg buruk. Anda membawa nama Bali loh. Sangat tidak rekomen tinggal di bungalow ini.

Kamar Luas, kamar mandi juga luas. Banyak monyet di sekitar kolam renang kalo pagi. Sarapan nasi goreng dan roti, lumayan cukup enak. Kalo malam rada seram, iya karena ubud terkenal dengan suasana tenang namun mistis. Anak saya sampe nangis liat monyet gaib di kamar, jadi pengalaman tak terlupakan pokoknya.

Tempatnya deket kemana mana dapet sarapan ada kolam renang bersih nyaman rekomen deh bakal balik lagi kl ke ubud.

Banyak monyet berkeliaran. Air mengalir kecil.

Room: small but adequate room, clean bathroom (with hot water too), but broken lamp. Breakfast; Toast with egg & coffee/tea. Nice & light Breakfast. Pool: small but in good condition. Location is very strategic.

Good experience and good place. Sometimes you can see some monkey also so beautiful.

The hotel is located central which is good, but the hotelroom was dirty, there was a cockroach on the wall, a lot of ants on the floor/ bathroom. Upon further inspection the beds looked clean but when we opened it, there was a bedbug and hairs in it. Then we asked the staff to clean the sheets and the bed actually fell apart, because its so old. I did not feel clean during my stay in this hotel and would not recommend it. Although you get free breakfast which is a plus, maybe its good for 1 day stay. But the hygiene is very poor and everything needs to be remodeled. The pool was nice to swim in, but sleeping in a dirty bed, dirty room with insects. Does not feel good when you had a long trip.

The staff put the pool mattress in from of our room even they knew we are in the room. Also while we stayed there. The doing renovations the workers doing their while we still in the room and messed all over the room. They should not sale the room if they knew the doing some renovations . It supposed to be our lovely New year eve with our Mom but turned horrible times for us and mom.

Nice place. Suitcases must be lifted up to take them to the room. because a lot of stairs. In the morning many monkeys roam because they are close to the monkey forest. So don't put your luggage outside. the atmosphere is really beautiful, comfortable. make feel at home.

No air conditioning, just a fan, but the air is pretty cool.

Nice bungalows, clean, spacious, okay service, fast check-in and check-out, even though it's not time to check-in, you can enter.

Very, very pleasant, I have stayed here twice.

Management need to advise its young staff not to chat outside guest rooms early in morning..walking guests up Upstairs rooms are noisy due to no ceilings.. just rattan..this you can here all guest conversations in other rooms

Strategic location. Room facilities are quite good. Lacked no lights along the way to the room. So dark. Spooky happens if you stay alone, especially if you want to leave the hotel.

Nice location and good breakfast No AC

I stayed at Permai Bungalow for 2 days. Good location on Monkey Forest street. Breakfast delicious. Helpful staffs. It has clean pool outside my room (like the pics) but don't let your clothing outside because every morning monkeys will come. Toilet was the only thing here I didn't like because it was not clean and didn't have toilet paper.
