It's really beautiful, really comfortable, the atmosphere is nice for those who love the beach like me, it's suitable, you can go to the beach 24 hours a day, even though the room is a bit scary for me, the vibe is that there are 2 large wooden mirrors, maybe the room can be renovated to make it more comfortable and modern.

Best place around Sungai Liat. The location is indeed a bit further, but it is natural because it is on the beach, the place is beautiful, the beach is the best around the location, the service is very friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the gardener. The villa also has a private pool and private beach, it's cool. This place seems to continue to improve itself to provide the best, if you go to Sungai Liat you will definitely come back here.

Access to the hotel from the side of the road is ok, the location is okay if you want to go to the beach, but unfortunately there are lots of cockroaches in the room, when checking in there are no towels and footcloths so you have to get them yourself from the receptionist, the room is quite large.

First search for a hotel with a sea view via the app. The first impression was greeted sweetly by customer service, explained from submitting data to Check in, rules of stay until check out time. The food provided for taste and presentation did not fail. Delicious and fitting, accompanied by live music. And the sound of the waves of the sea beach. Suitable for family vacations and office family gathering events. Next time if you return to Pangkal Pinang, it will be one of your favorite places 🫶

The staff, starting from the receptionist and seniors, were not friendly at all. The staff is too condescending to customers from the first look and the cheapest standard room type ordered. Dirty rooms and lots of insects. The room key was broken because the hinges were bad. Once again, not friendly at all to the staff and receptionists. The staff also called the app a cheap travel agent and suitable for people like me and dirty swimming pools. Just a suggestion from me, please confirm and follow up on the staff's polite treatment of customers. Assume that your customers are kings and don't feel like you're the most righteous and know best and even blame your customers for small things. We ask that the higher-ups can correct the shortcomings because unfortunately, we have carried out a large-scale rebuild but there are still many shortcomings and obstacles to the progress of tourism. Overall: Now It's Really Not Worth It. Carry out renovations and major rebuilds as well as carry out training and require friendly and accurate staff towards customers.

Actually the hotel is good, the location is at the end of a very beautiful beach. But unfortunately it's a bit poorly maintained, the bathroom is smelly, a bit dirty, the blower doesn't work, the pool is dirty, there are piles of rubbish in the corners of the beach. Maybe because there are few visitors, the maintenance costs are not sufficient.

Check-in time was 14.00 but the room was only ready at 15.00 because at 14.00 the room had just been cleaned. However, we were given extra time to check out until 13.00 the next day. The room and bathroom are quite clean. The breakfast menu is varied and extensive until 08.30. Great view.
