For those who want to feel the sensation of a glorious hotel in the past, the choice to stay at this hotel is the right choice. Old but with clean room facilities, running water and complete with heaters. Many spots to sit just to reminisce in the outdoor area. The parking lot is also very spacious and located in the city center.

Beberapa kali nginap di sini. Jam 9.30 pagi room service udah sibuk manggil-manggilin, padahal saya masih baru bangun. Room service buru-buru mau bersihin kamar. Jam 11 sampai 3x ditelponin resepsionis disuruh checkout. Ntah saya yang norak atau bagaimana. Karena biasanya yang saya tahu menginap di hotel lain jam 12 siang baru ditelpon resepsionis sbagai pengingat batas maximal checkout, selebihnya jika melwati batas akan di kenakan charge tambahan. Kesan yang timbul sewaktu nginap di sini waktu checkout yang selalu harus diburu-diburu oleh pegawai hotel.

Air panasnya kadang tidak nyala, jadi anak-anak saya tidak bisa mandi air hangat, terus tidak ada entah gula atau bubuk teh di kamar cuma gelas sama 2 botol aqua saja. Kemudian sarapannya selama 2 hari itu-itu saja menunya, anak-anak jadi bosan.

At 11 pm when I was going to sleep the AC turned off. I contacted operators ranging from numbers 0 to 6, not a single one picked up. As soon as I got off at the receptionist desk, they were gathering there even though. Then I got a room with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It turns out this is a free room. Smoking or not smoking, please everyone. We were promised that the room perfume has not arrived until now, it's been 2 hours. Not recommended if the hotel is old. There are lots of old hotels in Medan but not really like this.

The staff is so rude, we have problems while staying, AC broken, they don't wanna change it, even they asked me to upgrade to deluxe, with additional charges of 168 thousand rupiah.

This is old hotel that seem not to be good maintenance. At the first day there are aunt on the corner. The internet so low at week day time, so I could teach online to my students at that time.
