The room's AC remote was broken, but the room was still given to the customer. Called, the technician took a long time to come. The floor was clean but if you step on it, it feels rough. The wifi is terrible, it's really, really slow.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, close to the city center and close to Lake Lut Tawar. There are bicycle rental facilities, but unfortunately the bicycles are not well maintained. The price does not match the rate

The best hotel currently in Takengon with affordable prices, new hotel with good facilities, soft King Koil brand mattresses, rooms with mountain and freshwater lake views, on the 7th floor there is a rooftop for relaxing and enjoying views of the freshwater lake and Gayo Hill mountains, restaurant spacious with a very complete and delicious breakfast menu that exceeds 4 star hotel standards, in the hotel complex there is a gas station and supermarket, if you go to Takengon, make sure you stay here 👌👍.

One of the Sales Marketing (leaders) does not practice a PROFESSIONAL attitude in communicating via mobile with guests, is not friendly & is a little arrogant. Worth evaluating. There is no confirmation whether or not service requests from guests can be made (Very Disappointed) and the other staff are so far quite good, respectful of guests and professional.

Room is OK, bathroom not. The valve is leaking and water flooding the floor. Hairdryer constantly cut off during use. Somewhat difficult to get right mixture of the hot water in shower too. Other than that its OK.
