The hotel staff is friendly, there is a smoking room and it is close to shopping centers.

Comfortable, good service, friendly staff, clean rooms.

A few small stains from bananas and watermelon on the bedsheet, deposit not returned. 50 thousand. Disappointed. Permanent stains are okay. Ink, paint, okay.

Televisi tidak bisa nyala program-programnya, lalu menu makan hanya telor. Padhal saya bareng temen di kamar lain. Mereka ayam, saya hanya telor. Huhu. Request diantar makan jm 6 juga ndak di antar. Harus di telpon dulu. Kali ini bad, tidak seperti biasanya. Sorry permata.

Nyaman dan aman, security nya ramah dan melayani dengan baik. Hotelnya ok secara keseluruhan.

Kamar Hotel lumayan Bagus. Tapi sayang banget tidak ada Smoking Room. Menurut saya Minusnya Hanya di Situ aja. Jadi selanjutnya Akan nyoba Tempat lain aja yang ada smoking room nya. Secara Kamar dan Kenyamanan Ok banget. Pelayanan Ramah. Sama Sayangnya Sarapan di kotakin. Tp masih ok lahh. Bagi saya Nggak masalah sih, Sama Air panasnya tidak berfungsi.

With the type of room I ordered was not comparable to the facilities I got, I booked a room approximately 30 minutes before I checked in when it was night & my husband and I brought a baby, my expectation is that by taking the best room I will get good facilities too, but sometimes very different. 1. The number of toothbrushes in the room is only 1, sandals in the room are only 1, ok I think it's okay maybe they forgot to prepare the room first before we entered, but it turns out that the pillowcase has brownish spots which are quite disgusting if you look at it, when you want to I can't take a hot shower, because it's late & my child is already sleepy I'm already lazy to complain to the reception, the next morning I asked about the hot water & the answer from the reception was because it was raining so there was no hot water because the hotel uses solar power, sorry in my opinion a hotel class whose price is already like that doesn't match the reason for using solar power, you can look for other solutions. I also wonder why a hotel with a fairly decent price but how come the rooms are not soundproof, usually the hotel's sound outside the room sounds small, but this is really noisy like boarding houses, people talking outside sound very clear, people walking here and there are very clear actually my son woke up from being shocked, my husband & I were shocked especially the baby, and for breakfast I couldn't eat at all so only my husband ate, because our food was delivered to our room with the reason the restaurant was still closed, ok we it doesn't matter if it's like that, but yes, the menu choices are given when checking in 2 at least so we can choose because not everyone can eat the same food, like I'm allergic to chicken, given chicken it's impossible to eat. It is deeply regretted. Hopefully if there is a chance to return to the hotel it will be much better.
