dirty, smelly room, dirty bathroom, leaky sink, toilet leaked, sheets had many stains. the receptionist is not friendly, the price in the app is not the same as in the hotel, so slowing in check in.

No more staying here. The rooms look like they are poorly maintained and smell musty and the bathrooms are dirty and smell like there are cockroaches hanging around and some are dead. Not comfortable to rest anyway. There is noisy karaoke from upstairs, up to the room. No recommendation.

The staff did not give a good response, I asked you, there were no empty rooms under the body. Not according to the description in the hot room application there is no air conditioner, fan, dirty toilet, small water, like a hospital for patients, dirty bed lots of dust, very quiet, in the description there is an elevator but there is no way I go up 3 puteran stairs position very tired. The service is not good there is no friendliness, this is not a hotel rather an inn!
