The staff is friendly and nice, very kids friendly.

Access to the beach directly from behind the hotel, lots of KID'S activities, clean rooms. What needs to be fixed is the toilet near the beach, it's dirty. Maybe toilet access here should be limited specifically for hotel guests only

friendly receptionist, fast staff. when I stayed there was a long holiday, there were many guests, the room was only ready after 2 o'clock, we were given compensation in the form of cut fruit. also good as a form of responsibility. thank you Horison Pondok Layung, always be successful.

I stayed in a square tent type, the staff were actually friendly, it's just that when I entered the room, the floor was very sticky, I asked for a mop and broom but it took a long time to be delivered. The room facilities are quite complete, it's just that there is no refrigerator and the TV is not connected to the internet.. the bathroom is clean, and what I like is that the soap smells really good.. the distance from the room to the beach is quite close, the beach is quite clean, although there are traders but it doesn't make visitors uncomfortable. so far comfortable staycation here, oh yeah the food is delicious

Thank you, good service, if there is something left behind, the staff quickly informs during checkout. Direct access to the beach behind the hotel, children can play in the sand. Not a rocky beach. There is a coffee shop, nice to have coffee with a view. There is a BBQ Dinner, at a beachside restaurant. Very exciting. Many kids activities every weekend.

April 15-16, 2025, I brought my family to rent 2 rooms. Overall, I was very satisfied staying here. The staff are friendly and responsive. Keep it up. The environment is very child-friendly, from the swimming pool to the beach without coral. The field area is large and has a mini zoo for rabbits and birds. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cold, the water heater and the wifi are quite adequate. For those who want to stay in the deluxe or twin type, you can prepare by bringing an electrical terminal.

The location is quite strategic, close to places to eat and minimarkets, the hotel is also clean and close to the beach, everything is okay, except for the pillow cases and sheets which smell musty/damp, maybe because they weren't dry yet, God willing, if I go on holiday to Anyer, I'll stay here again

The first time staying at Horison Resort was very pleasant. It just so happened that the accommodation was right in front of the swimming pool, the kids were happy. The room conditions were clean, the food was delicious. Close to the beach. Thank God I got a discount, so the price was cheaper.

the location is good, the beach is nice, the sand is without coral, the food is delicious and the price is also affordable, there are fun events for children, the staff is friendly. For cleanliness, it needs to be improved a little, for the gaps next to the bed are still dusty and there are lots of ants, and the bathroom floor drainage is not fast enough to dry easily, but overall it is quite good and satisfied with the facilities and views here. The swimming pool is very clean, cleaned every day. Recommended to stay here again

The second time my family and I stayed at Horison Anyer, the first time in a hotel room & the next time in a family suite type, with 2 rooms, living room, kitchen, very okay 👍friendly staff, quick to help when asked. The kids were very happy because there was a swimming pool & access to a private beach that was not too far away..oh I forgot that the breakfast was really delicious..Next time I will definitely come here again. thank you Horison & crew. 🙏

The atmosphere is good, child-friendly, close to the beach, there is a swimming pool, prayer room, spacious parking. Ordered glamping, Taperzoid type minus mini fridge, towels and foot mats only got in the afternoon, the beach is dirty, because it is mixed with the public.

We stayed here for 3 D 2 N, in the family suite. I thought because of the name, it would be on the ground floor, but the family suite was only at the 2nd floor. There was no elevator, so it was harder for older people. When we arrived, I asked about the kids activities, but she told me there would be no kids activities until 31 March (we would check out at 30th March). However, at the second morning, (in 30th March, 3rd day of our stay), there were actually various kids activities. Although there was no kids activity including fire fighters, it’s still good enough, because the main reason I chose to stay here was because of the kids activities in this hotel. Other things with this hotel, this was an old hotel, so it needs renovations, such as at the ceilings, shower in the bathroom, re-painting, etc. The room really needed more electric plugs. There were no plugs in the 2 bedrooms. I only 3 plugs in the guest room (1 for TV and mini fridge, and 1 for dispenser). There was no lifeguard or any staff on stand by at the beach. The current was always too strong in the morning, with many wood and nails in it washed to the beach, so it was dangerous to play at the beach around that time. I didn’t see any staff cleaning it, just some locals taking the wood for their own needs. At the evening, the current was calmer and the water was cleaner. The kids had fun playing on the beach. It would be better if the hotel hired staff to guard or watch the beach for safety because it was the main selling point. The food was good, but not much options in the first morning. It was more various in the second morning, maybe because there were more visitors at that time. The pool was designed for families and kids, with markers of the its depth. The staff were friendly and helpful.
