Amazing! It's guest house but it's like 4 star Hotel. Very good hospitality and the room is very clean, the view is also special! The interior is very cool and all of type has balcony. Really beyond expectations. Highly recommend, will be there again, thank you Pondok wisata Ilona!

Finally got a hotel that fits the budget but the room is clean, the staff is friendly, the food in the restaurant is delicious and the portions are big, so you don't need to leave the hotel to find food. Next time I go to Batu again, I will definitely stay here again ๐

nice place.nice view.open the curtain and see the mountain directly.overall Good.distance to dufan.museum angkut.close to the city center.next time will definitely come here again if in Batu.
Recommended for those who want to vacation to Batu Malang.

Breakfast is delicious, very comfortable, I've stayed at Ilona 4 times. Maybe they can add a swimming pool for adults in the future. ๐๐

I've stayed here twice, the first time I got a room with a Panderman view, the second time with a city view, but in the morning until noon it was hot from the sun... when I stayed for the first time, there were no problems, the second time the TV remote didn't work, but it was immediately replaced, then the mug for making tea wasn't there, 1 was immediately delivered, and the last time the pillow didn't have a cover, I thought it wasn't given when I asked for the pillow cover when I checked in, even though there wasn't one from the check in, I didn't think about complaining.... overall it's good, the service is also nice and quite complete for a non-star hotel.... oh yeah, for the wifi, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.... for the cleanliness of the towels, one of them isn't very clean

The hotel staff is very friendly, I booked a garden view room on the ground floor and got a bonus mountain view too. The room is spacious and has a terrace. Satisfied and comfortable staying here

Try staying overnight and get a room at G35. All the staff are friendly. The room is big enough for 2 adults. Only the bathroom water drainage is not smooth, wifi is a bit hard to get. The breakfast menu is not very varied. When breakfast arrived at 7am, it was already finished and waiting to be refilled.

Back again to stay here, choose the Deluxe Room type if previously had an unstable wifi experience in this type of room, but in the current room the wifi is stable and Netflix is smooth, only when you first enter the network the TV is not connected to the internet and ask the hotel to fix it. After that Youtube and even Netflix are smooth. G33, the position is in front of the swimming pool. The wifi is also stable๐

still can't move on from ilona, thank you to all the ilona staff who were willing to bother to prepare my husband's birthday surprise. the food is delicious and the price is also standard, the room is very clean. basically next time if I want to go on vacation again I will stay at ilona again๐ฅฐ
