This inn is very close to Parangtritis beach, just a 3-minute walk to the beach.
The room price is very economical, we understand that this price is adjusted to the conditions. However, cleanliness is always the most important thing in managing an inn.
From entering to entering the room, cleanliness is very lacking. The TV and stair railings are very dusty, the floor has not been swept, there are also many cobwebs. the bathroom door vents are loose and the inn tends to be dark, we have to look for the light switch ourselves so that the conditions are not too dark in the hallway. The fried rice is very homey, simple but delicious.
Overall.. I think it's lacking.. but if it's just for resting, it's okay.

Ruangan panas, cenderung lembab. AC tidak dingin, TV tidak berfungsi. Saat malam mati lampu pihak hotel tidak menyediakan genset padahal mati listrik cenderung lama sekitar 3 jam an.

This inn is nice so that the guard is friendly, the parking area is spacious, minus the cleanliness so the floor is still sandy, can't get a blanket like a toiletries, the WiFi is also up to 2nd floor, to the 3rd floor but not the wifi, fast too

The location is quite good, close to the highway and to the beach only 10 minutes on foot. Rooms on the 3rd floor are wider than the 2nd floor. Inside the room there are only tables, chairs, fans / fans, and double beds. There are no cupboards and toiletries. Not even a clothes hanger in the bathroom. Garage loads 2 cars. The manager is quite friendly. The breakfast menu in a box in the form of warm rice, not bad.
