the receptionist staff is very helpful, I drop my luggage earlier, the hotel location is very strategic for me, we can go to north/south area easily, the room is unique and clean, the breakfast was great and varied.

Staying for two nights at Porta Hotel was a delightful experience. The room was spacious and equipped with all essential hotel amenities. Its location in the heart of Jogja is very strategic. What exceeded my expectations the most was the breakfast, which was both varied and delicious. It's perfect for all types of travelers. If there's anything to improve, it would be the quality of the towels and the elevator noise. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here. There's also a small booklet in the room with recommendations for destinations around Jogja. Highly recommended—thank you, Porta!

Staff service needs to be improved because during check in and check out the hotel staff did not help/offer assistance to us who were carrying a lot of stuff. For breakfast it was ok only at that time the menu was ramen the service was slow. For the room it was comfortable and clean.

The interior of the room is nice, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the breakfast menu is very varied, and in the room there is a summary book of culinary lists in Jogja. Too bad I only enjoyed the hotel for a short time. I will choose the Porta hotel again if I go to Yogya again
