I have stayed here several times and it's never disappointed me. The room is spacious, it has Netflix, the bed and bathroom are clean. The location is near to several restaurants so it's easy to find food. Thank you.

the room is very comfortable. I stayed in a mezzanine type room. but unfortunately the wifi often doesn't connect, and sometimes the signal is difficult. the hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, clean, fragrant, aesthetic. the staff is friendly

Wifi is not automatic, every 10 minutes you manually fill in the room number and password. Tired. There is no internet connection in the room, sad 😭 The wifi is annoying. It can disconnect by itself. I am on the 1st floor, room 110 which has stairs in the room. When I sleep, I climb the stairs to bed all night and it's hot 🥲 because the AC is not cold, it can't reach the top. Except when sitting on a chair downstairs, I can feel the AC blowing from top to bottom.

There is no room service menu during iftar even though the information on the FO states that it is available, the underbed is very dusty, the wifi is not fast, the shampoo is not refilled and must be requested first. But so far it's safe, the service should be improved.
