This is first time I stayed at Pramana Zahill Kintamani with my all family. It was exactly the same with my expectations based on the reviews and pictures on the apps. The room is new clean, big size & comfortable, the amazing swimming pool with hot water was very cleaned and quite big as well. Great dinner with live music and a very memorable night mountain atmosphere, also the breakfast is perfect lots of choice and very tasty. The staff are really friendly and helpful us a lot. Their service is very excellent and so polite with the guests. Will come back to when I visited Kinatamani next time and really recommended this Hotel. Best place for family or couple to stay.

5 stars service and very humble staff. The room was comfortable and the space also big for 2 adult and 1 kid. Cleanliness very good, nice design, modern power socket and strong wifi. The facilities also good has swimming pool. The inportant things is the service is meet our expectation. Guest oriented. Valuable for money also. Easy to access and near from kintamani

The hotel is actually comfortable, but the bathroom furniture seems to need to be renovated because it is weathered and some of the walls are peeling because the location is cold and humid. You get a welcome drink when you arrive at the hotel and one of the things that makes it comfortable is the warm water swimming pool... the location is close to the hits cafes in Kintamani. Thank you

friendly staff, clean room, just in the picture choose the one in front of the pool got the one on the 2nd floor a bit disappointed though.. ordered tomyam at the restaurant, the taste was terrible, like salt had been spilled on it because I was so hungry, I ended up just eating the contents without the soup.. breakfast lacks variety but the atmosphere is nice, the hot water pool is great for soaking in cold weather.. when we stayed, the guests were mostly Balinese who brought their families so the atmosphere was fun, lots of kids riding bikes, swimming etc, only by the pool there were lots of cigarette butts from male guests who were soaking in the pool while smoking... good location close to cafes with mountain views

The staff is very friendly, humble, lifting the suitcases to the room, we requested anything, the service was fast, I just borrowed an iron and was given a package, I thought I was only borrowing the iron 😂
The place is also very nice, lots of photo spots, cool, comfortable, quiet, kids friendly too for those who bring children
The room is nice, clean, the TV already has Netflix, the bathroom is spacious, there are greeting cards and drinks for guests
But the room doesn't have a fan or AC, so if it's 9 am and above it starts to get hot

2 days staycation at this hotel made me and my family want to extend it again but it was impossible because the holiday time was over, overall everything was very satisfying starting from the check in/out process which was very fast, the service was also friendly, the view was also very good, what needs to be improved is the breakfast menu so that there are more variations of the menu.

Coming here in December during the rainy season is such a shame. From the moment we arrived until we checked out it was raining, the weather was cold so we didn't need AC. The room was big & clean, breakfast was okay & more importantly the view was great. There was live music at night. It would have been better to come here during the summer so we could really have a staycation enjoying the view.
