All is Great on 8th floor (Queen Bed as requested) for 2 nights, But when I'm extended for 2 more nights, The staff suggested to the 7th floor, it's a twin bed but setting up to become one bed and the view of the city was really not clear. Then, one of the staff suggested to move again to the other side room (even its still the same floor).|Well. It's not bad, although the view mostly to the Apartment of Royal Medit than the City View. The last room, not bad. And So Far, good. Just need improvement for the Breakfast. From the variety & taste. Thanks Pullman. Best of success.

Awesome.... 5 minutes walk to Central Park Mall, the hotel is comfortable, clean, child-friendly, the staff are fast, you have to have breakfast here, the restaurant is one of the best, you won't lose out even if there's no promo, the location has everything, this will be a regular place

The staff service is very friendly especially Mas Rafli who has given me a compliment to upgrade my room. Breakfast is varied & delicious, the room is clean, comfortable and the mattress is soft, direct access to Central Park mall.

The hotel staff is very friendly, early check in is free. The actual check in time is at 15.00 but we arrived at 12.00, we immediately checked in without any fuss. Hopefully we can visit Pullman again another time ☺.

Room 906 ' s take of the industrial pattern is a little messy, with an odd room shape. The bed is extremely high, making it unsuitable for the elderly. Breakfast taste is mid yet selections are numerous. But, the entire hotel staff is kind.

An unpleasant incident occurred with the officer on duty while leaving the hotel to go to Central Park Mall with impoliteness and indecisiveness. I don't know whether it was the staff from the hotel or from the mall. The mood becomes unpleasant.

The layout in the room is a bit strange, especially the shower room which is positioned in the middle of the room, the towel hanger is near the bed. With room prices like that, how cute is my boarding room? The lobby is cool, and the breakfast menu is okay.

Saya dan keluarga memesan kamar connecting. Tempat tidur sangat nyaman, kamar bersih, channel TV banyak😁, staff ramah dan kondisi kamar sangat menyenangkan. Cocok untuk staycation bersama keluarga dengan anak2 karena dekat dengan mall. Kolam renang juga sangat besar dan menyenangkan. Overall sangat bagus dan akan kembali untuk stay di Pullman Central Park lagi jika main ke Jakarta. Ps: tempat tidur agak tinggi, untuk yang membawa orang tua, bisa minta kursi pijak extra di bagian resepesionis.

The bed is hard, book 2 rooms, all the beds are hard, TV no signal, Shower gel dispenser etc. are hard to press, Hairdryer not recommended, many plugs are not working, but thanks for the great hospitality Felix, Umar, Andreas, Seffo. If I go back again, I'll think again, the hard bed makes it uncomfortable to sleep. Sorry.
