Their staff is very nice and helpful. My son got sick in midnight and the staff offered me to take my son to the hospital. Facility, the bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is okay.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. Really affordable, spacious, comfy and super clean. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The only problem I found here was the bathtub trip lever. It didn't work well. Hopefully the next time I visit here, everything will be perfectly fine.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. When I got the room on the top floor, the view of the city lights was very beautiful. For the restaurant, the taste was quite good, but for breakfast, the taste was terrible. The dishes were quite varied, but it didn't suit my family's taste buds. For facilities and cleanliness, 7/10.

Check in at 18.30 then check out at 21.50, found 2x cockroaches in the room. Already called the receptionist to move rooms, waited almost 1 hour with no response. Choose to move hotels. This is the first and last experience here.

Staying here is very pleasant. The staff is friendly, every time we ask, they explain very well, even though what we ask is not about the hotel. Because from Kalimantan and this is the first trip with family. We are very grateful to choose the Quest hotel. Clean rooms, spacious rooms, hot water is great, clean towels, lots of breakfast choices, located in the city center, easy to get anywhere. During breakfast, my husband went out of the hotel to smoke, then went back in to continue breakfast, he was still allowed. As far as I know, this is the first time this has happened, because usually once you leave the breakfast room you are not allowed to go back. Thank you. Very recommended
