Standard Quest Hotel is very good. Friendly staff and cleanliness of the room is okay. Parking for cars is also spacious. Only problem is all TV channels are not clear.

Some of the rooms don't have smart TVs and the other room, the Netflix didn't work. Drinking water is always available at the corner of each floor. The rooms are cleaned each day.

Good location where you can walk to the supermarket and Queen City Mall. If you like sate, there were many sate stalls along the road not far from the hotel. Plenty of parking area. The room was quite clean but there was only one pillow. But the hotel rate is quite pricey comparing to the offered facilities.

lots of food around, friendly service, breakfast has quite a lot of choices (I like Cantonese chicken the most), there is a children's pool, clean and usable towels, be careful the bathroom floor is slippery!.

I often stay at Quest Hotel. Breakfast menu is extensive but the taste is lacking. Liquid soap is often almost finished. Always lacking when taking a shower. Slippers in the room are often missing. Hair dryer often has problems.
