Have stayed here many times, the service is good, the shower is powerful, hot water is available at all times and the room is spacious. What is a bit annoying is because it is close to a large mosque so at dusk the loudspeaker is very loud and not only for the call to prayer.

The hotel is nice, the service is good, the room facilities are great, the parking lot is spacious, the hot water is really hot. The breakfast is also okay. Close to many places and famous retails. The best. Especially if you get a promo from the app, you can get a really cheap price.

The first time I arrived, the receptionist looked busy so I was the one who greeted her first if I wanted to check in. The check-in process was fast, there was a deposit of 100,000 or leaving an ID card. Welcome drinks were available in the hotel lobby. From the outside, the room looked ordinary but after entering the room it turned out to be quite special. (+) The room is spacious, clean, everything works, the ci-co process is fast. (-) Amenities (toothbrush and bar soap) were only available 1 pcs, the AC was cold but not cool enough, only the wind was strong, there was no telephone in the room so if there was a need it was a little constrained even though it could be via WA. There was still food wrap under the bed, the jack kettle still had a little water left from the previous guest maybe. Oh yeah, with that price, the breakfast was not very varied and the chicken, I apologize, was a bit hard. Hopefully it can be improved in the future. Thank you Raden Wijaya Hotel, hopefully you will continue to maintain the best service.

The service is very satisfying. Response to customer complaints is done quickly. The room that should have been according to the booking had a problem with electricity, but because it could not be repaired, so it was replaced with another room that was better than the type of room it should have been. Thank you.
