Great Hotel- super clean, great hospitality and located along side beautiful roads to walk into. 10 minutes walking to sawangan beach of Nusa dua- very recommended. If you need quite and strategic location in Nusa Dua - Rantun's place certainly fit the option \

The hotel itself is adequate, however food was below average and furniture in room broken. Location is not good, in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately, we can't recommend it.

Helpful staffs, awesome for low budget traveler who chase beaches. You can rent motorcycle here. Perfect. They just don't provide sandals.

Still under construction, but i think it's okay, because i only stay there for sleeping, so didn't have much time to relax there :)

It was a nice stay even if it's just for one night, the only problem was I'm just curious about the safety in the room or about the key. Since I was alone and locked the front door and then suddenly there was another guest who can open the door with his key and he thought that it was his room and I said to him that he's got the wrong room. Hope they could check that the key is only can be used for only one room so that other guests can't enter the room if they think it's their room.

The only thing I like about this hotel is the friendly staff.
Everything is just wrong with this hotel. There is no hot shower in this place! I have lived in many hotels around the world including the poorer and cheapest place, but heater/hot shower was always there as a basic amenity. I was completely shocked when I need to take cold shower everyday! Also this place is not convenient for disabled or old people as there is no elevator service, you have to walk the stairs up if your room in on other floors. The toilet was smelly as a dump. Also I have put my towel on the sink, but when I come back I realized they hang the same towel on the hanger for me without giving me fresh towel! How bad.
Also they are very stingy in toilet papers. When I first checked in, the toilet paper roll was half used. And there is no extra roll provided in the room. Also there is no chair in the room.
