1. It was located in the middle of the citizen's residential area, near Jl. Hour. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn't quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & wastafel were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and wastafel got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn't sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel's guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn't sure whether I would have another night there again.

At first they give me not clean and smelly room, after complaint they really fast give me another room that cleaner. The service really good from staff. Is good before guest come, they check first the room to ensure clean and comfortable

Beyond my expectation. Good place, pretty quiet event though it's in the center of city. Definitely will back to Rasuna Icon!

The staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean, but why did they put a giant window through the hall? All of a sudden I felt like I lost my privacy even though there's a curtain to cover it. Well, overall it was good.

Stayed here for 2 nights solo travel for business. In my opinion, this is the most worthwhile hotel and deserves to be nominated as the cheapest and most comfortable hotel in the Setiabudi area, South Jakarta. In terms of price, 416,500/night, it is quite satisfying, strategic location, easy to find food to break the fast, in the city center, etc. Not to mention, for that price, you can get a refrigerator and microwave, great! There are only criticisms and suggestions: 1. In my entire life staying in any hotel, I was a bit shocked by the way the water heater was turned to the right instead of the left hehe so it was strange, then calling a technician all day and he didn't come and finally the one who fixed it was the housekeeping, because it didn't turn on for 1 night. 2. In this hotel, all the information centers are thrown into the lobby while the lobby service, oh my God, honestly, I was very disappointed, very unprofessional who served me on Friday, 03/14/2025 yesterday. 3. Staying at this hotel could not be due to an emergency, early check-in so you have to be very patient. 4. In this hotel, room cleaning starts at noon, so when you only go out in the morning and come back in the afternoon, the room is automatically not cleaned. But whatever it is, for me it's still worth it! Because every place definitely has its pluses and minuses, but as a consumer, you have the right to judge subjectively, thank you!

My first time staying at this hotel. The hotel looks quite old. The AC in the lobby doesn't seem to be on, it's very hot. At 2 am check-in the room wasn't ready. While I was waiting, the housekeeping (male) suddenly argued with the receptionist, unprofessional. The room I got was quite big and had a balcony, the AC was quite cold, the toilet was narrow, the amenities were very minimal, and the worst thing was I found a small cockroach in the toilet. The room was soundproof, so it was quite quiet. For breakfast, the variations were very minimal and not very tasty. The location of the hotel is very close to minimarts, BCA ATMs, food stalls, and cafes. The parking lot is not large, only enough for about 3-4 cars. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Location near the city center, close to the destination when staying and the area around the hotel is quite good. Quite supportive when doing morning walks around the Kuningan area.
The staff is friendly and very helpful, although there were obstacles from the traveloka system during the booking process. The bedroom, bathroom and hotel area are quite clean. Breakfast at the hotel, it tastes quite good, although the menu variations are not many.

The hotel staff is friendly. There are clear fees for early check in and late check out because it depends on my schedule. Whoosh. It's nice and close to everywhere. I'm satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again if I go to Central Jakarta.

It seems like the hotel is chasing deposits, the room on the 3A floor should not be sold yet because it is still being renovated, the workers work until midnight and start working again at 8 in the morning. Can't rest at all🥵
