just tried staying here for the first time for 3 days and 2 nights, it turned out to be very comfortable, the room is clean, there is a home cleaner, the staff is very friendly, 24 hours care is also provided. it's so comfortable to add more last night hihih. until the time of checkout I had trouble, the receptionists were very quick to help. Thank you very much, the tree is really top. if I'm unlucky, I'll always stay here again ☺️

I like staying here, besides the friendly service, the room size is also spacious, clean, especially the pillows make you sleep soundly ☺, the location is close to matos (can be reached by foot) for the food I have never tried so I can't comment. The only thing I regret is the bathroom, it's actually clean but every time I go to the bathroom it always smells but I don't know where the smell comes from even though the bathroom looks like it's just been renovated, is there a leak or what so that there is an unpleasant smell coming out.

I've been a regular customer since the Covid era, sometimes the room's AC is cold, sometimes not, it depends on the room too. And if possible, the room should be soundproofed from the street noise because it's too disturbing when people are resting.
