The staff was helpful and always at the desk but that is the only thing I would bring up. The room was a mess, dead cockroach on the floor, smelly bathroom and the bed was like 165, which may be good if you want to save space but not if you want to sleep. Unpleasant and bad.

It's quite cheap but unfortunately the room is really dirty and you have to wait to ask for towels and the sheets, blankets and pillows are also dirty 🥴 I hope there can be improvements in terms of cleanliness.

The hotel staff is friendly & polite, responsive, we asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately, if possible every new customer the sheets and sarbans are replaced, it seems like management needs to renew the bedding because it looks worn out in color, the rooms are comfortable so far, with the best teak furniture in its class, the toilet and shower have good material, unfortunately there is no exhaust fan so it leaks and the smell is good when used for washing. Towels are clean but not soft enough, there are no amenities, even though the neon box says they are available, given 2 bottles of 600ml mineral water, sugar if only for sleeping 5- 6 hours is not bad.

Everything is dirty, moldy, and broken. The bedsheet has a dirty stain on it. Bathroom is stinky and everything is broken. The receptionist is rude and ignores me. Will NEVER go back to this place.

Got a cheaper price on traveloka 125k, if ots 160 because I heard from young people who stayed overnight. Actually the room is nice, the mattress is soft, it's just not maintained enough. The big cupboard can't get through because it used to be this boarding room. Worse, the receptionist said there was no wifi. Especially for a friendly receptionist, yes, Bandung is known for being friendly and smiling. The location of the transportation is far away. But near there is fried rice that is quite tasty and cheap.
