When I stayed here, the bed was stained but after checking out, I was told that I would be charged a car fee because there were stains on the bed even though the sheets were not replaced and there were traces of ehabond glue on the bed. The hotel is not fit to be lived in, the bathroom is dirty.

The staff at reception were unfriendly, rude and arrogant. The room was not suitable for staying, the floor was very dirty, smelled of urine, the toilet was broken, the shower had problems, the sink was broken, no toiletries such as shampoo and soap were provided, bottled water was not provided, the AC was not cold, the plug socket was broken.
