Overall di kamar atas pintunya ga rapet ada selah garis bisa liat ke depan atau depan kedlm, jadi risih takutnya ada yang iseng. Itu aja lainnya, worthit sesuai harga.

Lack of service, I think for premium rooms there is nothing special, a lot of furniture is slightly damaged. The towels have an unpleasant smell. Hot water doesn't work. The bathroom has no fragrance.

The TV was off, there was no hot water, the bathroom door hinge was broken, the shower was small, the room lights were dim, lots of cockroaches, I ordered 5 rooms. There was 1 room that smelled bad.

Located in the middle of the city. Many restaurants around. There is a Burger King that is open 24 hours. Sunday there is a car free day in front of the hotel.

Pegawai ramah. Hanya saja proses check in yang saklek. Harus jam 14 padahal datang jam 13. Jadi harus menunggu sedangkan kondisi kamar sudah ready. Bangunan lama dan terkesan "seram".

Hotel Andalas tempat langganan bagus, strategis tengah kota, kemana aja deket, namun sekarang hotelnya berubah, dari pelayan resepsionis diwajibkan harus pesan makanan yang dipotong dari uang deposit awal, namun akhirnya pesanan terlupa, sprei di kamar 303 sudah mulai kusam kasur ada kutunya, untuk kamar mandi sudah bagus dan air lancar, channel TV aman namun AC tidak dapat diatur menggunakan remot karena habis baterai, tidak ada telepon di kamar untuk menghubungi resepsionis, mungkin Andalas yang dulu lebih baik.

The hotel is good, the rooms are also comfortable, the AC is cold. Suggestions for the hotel to light up the lights. It's a bit dark when you stay overnight. Overall good for lodging in Lampung.
