Please check the room you want to give to the customer before giving the room key, because I had to change rooms twice because the AC was not cold and the water in the bathroom was off, fortunately after that I found a room that was quite good for resting. Please spray the small cockroaches first so that the room is not dirty.

It's so dirty, the sheets are not washed, the toilet has a lot of dirt and there are lots of small cockroaches on the floor, walls and mattress. I swear it's so dirty

The bathroom was very dirty, there was no basin inside the bathroom where the person could wash his mouth and hands, wifi also can't work on second floor, No soap, no toothbrush, no tube and no clean tower, really bad experience.

Saya dapat pengelaman buruk, pertama saya dikerjain sama resepsionisnya, awalnya saya sudah booking 2 dua kamar karena saya berlima sama anak. Trus tiba di hotel katanya cuma ada satu pesanan, saya sudah cek di aplikasi tercatat 2 pesanan dan tunjukkan ke resepsionisnya dia mengelak cuma ada 1 pesanan. Dari pada nunggu lama karena saya ada bayi saya langsung pesan balik ke aplikasi 1 kamar lagi. Dan setelah 10 menit kemudian saya tanya dan dia pesanan masuk, dan saya tetap dikasih 2 kamar. Parah nih hotel ga beres.
