The cleanliness is very poor, the smell of cigarettes, the smell of poop from the bathroom drain evaporates into the bedroom, the carpet in the room is not vacuumed and is dusty, basically the room is dirty

The staff is friendly. There is a small refrigerator. Unfortunately, there is no iron. One of the room lights is out and the toilet light is flickering. But nothing strange. It's still okay to stay here

The hotel staff is very friendly, please improve the cleanliness of the rooms. Maybe vacuum the floor carpet more often and dust the tables and cupboards 🙏🏻.

Terrible experience with this hotel. Never book this hotel again! Bedsheet is very very dirty (got stained), toilet is dirty as well, room have an unknown smell, whole hotel is very dirty and broke. Unlike what shown in photo. Please bear in mind before you decide to book

Hotel terlihat cantik dari luar, namun kamar 208 yang kami tempati cukup mengerikan, tembok yang terkupas, perabot yang sudah tua, sprei yang bernoda, kotor dan bau, juga pemandangan rumah horor dari jendela kamar. Kami mengajukan keluhan ke resepsionis namun tidak direspon. Kecewa dengan lebel "premium" yang ternyata jauh dari itu.

Room is dated, dirty and moist. The conditions of the hotel are a vast difference from the photos shown on the website. I checked in but found it unbearable to stay. Booked another nearby hotel, Lee Hotel, for a night. Went back to check out in the morning. I have been a frequent traveller to different parts of Indonesia (Bontang, Perkanbaru, Dumai, etc) and this is the worst hotel that I ever booked. Not recommended! In the future if the hotels in Batam are fully booked, I would rather spend a night in a KTV or spa.
