friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. besides that, the lighting from outside is also sufficient. there is hot water for bathing. tv can also be watched even though there are not many channels. only the power outlets are lacking (1 near the bed and 1 behind the tv), but for me who stayed with 2 people it was enough. soap, dental kit and 1 towel are also provided, there is also a prayer mat in the cupboard. the atmosphere is calm, so if you want to sleep comfortably

No breakfast, no pick up at check in, all bags are lifted by yourself to the room, no initiative from local workers to help unload, lift & deliver. Even though if you want tips, it has been prepared.

Parking is not very spacious, the bed is good, the bathroom is clean but the soap dispenser is a bit broken, the AC is super cold, the atmosphere is like home, will stay again if I go to Tasikmalaya

The name of the hotel is The Arsy. It turns out that I also stayed here a year ago, but it seems like the management was different. The funny thing is that I got the same hotel room as last year, which was 205. But I had to move to 206 because there was a technical problem with the TV facility. The facilities are okay, there is a water heater feature too. Now it's even better because there is a semi-cafe room to just enjoy coffee and food that can be ordered through the receptionist. Clean hotel, the best service. Recommended if you have an activity in Tasikmalaya

Overall quite satisfied, according to the price. However, there is a discrepancy in the service because in the room there is a food menu that can be ordered until 21.30. However, when staying on October 22, 2024 and trying to order at 19.00, it turned out that the eatery was no longer operating at night. Please update the information immediately

The plus points: the room is spacious and clean with such an affordable price. The windows are big. The bathroom is clean, the blanket is thick, good. The minus points, there are no plugs near the bed, plugging in behind the TV is difficult and the one near the on and off lights is high so you have to use a chair with the TV, there are often timers so it's annoying๐

Initially booked a family room, but the room was separated in the corner of the hotel right in front of the road, so it was quite noisy. And on the first day the room's AC was not cold, there were lots of small ants that made it itchy on the mattress & walls, I complained to the staff several times, asked to move rooms unfortunately it couldn't be done that day, it was only processed the next day. On the D-day the staff came to clean the mattress that had lots of ants. Finally moved to a deluxe room on the 3rd floor and honestly the room was much better than the family room. The AC was cold, the atmosphere was also more comfortable and not noisy hehe. The staff were friendly, although in my opinion the service was a bit slow, maybe because there were not enough people. Overall I was quite satisfied staying here, and next time God willing if I go to Tasikmalaya I will stay here again because the price is cheap ๐คญ๐ thank you ๐๐ป.

Pesan kamar yang family. Kebeneran dapat kamar yang di depan, jadi mobil langsung parkir depan kamar. Kalo ada mang baso lewat juga enak tinggal manggil depan kamar. Teras juga ada 2 menghadap ke jalan raya & di belakang kamar menghadap ke kolam ikan. Nyaman & lumayan bersih. Di kamar mandi banyak semutnya. TV cuma ada 1 channel yaitu trans tv. Semuanya ok lah.

Kebersihan sangar kurang, sprei dan sarung bantal seperti tidak dicuci masih ada bau bekas orang. Banyak suara-suara tamu lain yang berisik, banting pintu, merokok di luar namun asap nya masuk ke dalam kamar, pokoknya mengganggu. Kapok nginap di penginapan red doorz. Gak nyangka kalo separah ini. Capek tapi gak bisa tidur karena banyak gangguan suara bising.
