The place is a bit small but the service is very friendly. The room is clean even though there is no AC but there is a fan that helps and there is a room window with cool air. The quiet environment is suitable for a short break from Jatim Park 3. With a price under 200k, this is very satisfying

The location is a bit far from the center of Batu, and it's a bit hard to find. For the service, the guard is very friendly. The room is comfortable and clean even though there is no AC and only a small fan but the weather is very cold, hot water is smooth. The downside is that at that time the water dispenser ran out.

Everything is good. The staff service is good & friendly. We were escorted to our room and helped carry our luggage. The room is clean. Only 1 drawback is the location is a bit inside, coincidentally on Saturday the 7th the main road was closed for cars only because there was a community activity. Finally we followed the Google Maps directions and missed the road to the rice fields which were very small, rocky and only wide enough for 1 car. Luckily someone who might be the owner of the rice field said that we were lost and then helped us so that the car did not fall into the rice field because it was impossible to reverse. Alhamdulillah the people there are all kind & friendly.

The location is strategic, near BNS, and Jatim Park 2. The place is comfortable with prices that tend to be cheap. There is also a water heater if you want to shower with warm water. No AC, but the room is cold and there is a small fan in the room. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Clean, very affordable, super duper friendly service, complete facilities, hot water available, kitchen available, dispenser available, internal toilet available, quiet, cool, basically according to the picture. From the front, it's still in the process of repairing the front, but when you go in and see the rooms are the best for that price. Very satisfied. Thank you very much 🙏🏻.

With a price of 100 thousand, the hotel is very adequate. Clean rooms, bathrooms are also clean. It's still in the construction process from the outside, but the inside is good. It's really comfortable here, it could be a recommendation if you want to go to Batu again.

Close to As Sunnah Islamic Boarding School, comfortable atmosphere, the only drawback is that it is far from stalls, Alfa/Indomaret, and food stalls. Get ready to order food online or buy supplies before returning home from the homestay.
