Online bookings are placed on the 3rd floor. The 1st floor is for cash payments. It's a bit of an effort if you bring a suitcase and so on.

Please check the mattress. It feels like someone is walking on the mattress, making it itchy, reported asking for a room change but couldn't, instead they gave me Baygon. Forced to go out even though I just arrived.

Sorry, this is just input and a complaint. I ordered the highest type of room on the app, the price was 330 thousand. When I arrived, I was told to go to the 3rd floor because if you order via the app, that's the rule, even though I ordered the highest type, deluxe family room, then I said I'm bringing the children, sir, I want to go downstairs, that's OK, he said. add 50 thousand, because you have to, it's okay. When I entered the room, Masha Allah, it smelled and the AC was noisy, which was a minus. If it's a plus, just move hotels so you don't get annoyed π.

The point is there is price and quality, but there are several inputs for accommodation. The downside is, first of all, please provide more detailed location, because the location information on the app is not accurate. I think in Citraland this accommodation actually has to enter one of the 'Rina Karya' housing complexes. Then, in terms of cleanliness, there is a lot that needs to be improved, from cat litter in the parking lot, sand on the 3rd floor plastered all over the 3rd floor, not enough towels, and there are still many small details such as the smell of the room which is unpleasant to breathe. Plus, the price is very friendly. Hopefully this is useful for those of you who want to stay overnight, and who have accommodation.

If you wanted to stay with your sister, you were told to book another room. In the end, you canceled it altogether, you didn't want to ask for a half refund. Do you provide services or not, all people's money is stolen...

The location and room are comfortable and clean, but the service is lacking and rude. Suggestions for the AC are not cold enough because the placement of the AC and outdoor are not up to standard so it is difficult to cool it to the maximum. The water heater does not work and there is no trash can in the room.

Ga expect dengan harga 200 rbu kebawah punya kamar senyaman ini. Bersih dan pelayanan juga cepat. Cuma tangganya tinggi banget, dapetnya kamar lantai 3 lagi π. Overall bagus.
