I stayed at Artotel Surabaya for 11 days. After breakfast, I always got my room already cleaned up and neat every single day. They provided a very comfort bed. There are various of dishes for breakfast. The staffs are excellent and kind. They took the extra mile to make sure I was known personally and get all I need. I've been stayed at many different hotels in many dofferent cities in Indonesia, but for me, Artotel Surabaya is very impressive for a 3 stars hotel. Well done guys!

For a 3-star hotel, the service from the staff is really good, the hotel is really cute, the rooms are clean and the designs are cute, how can towels and laundry bags be designed that cute huhu I don't understand anymore, the price is also really cheap, I want to stay here again next time ❤️

The security guard is friendly, the receptionist is friendly and easy to check in. The AC is not cold enough, the liquid soap is out and not refilled. The restaurant is sufficient for the taste of the food. just needs to be added to the variety. The fruits are not sweet enough. Maybe it should be considered again.

The staff and the staff are friendly and give smiles. There is only one unpleasant experience while staying here, which is a knock on the room by a stranger at 3 in the morning (knocked by a prostitute who got the wrong room). The woman periodically knocked on the door for 5-10 minutes, before I finally called the receptionist to kick the woman out.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Very helpful. The bathroom is also clean. Maybe the room can be given more soundproofing. So that the sound of the motorbike cannot be heard in the room. Overall. Everything is ok. Great. Will come here next time.

Booking for 3 days 2 nights, book room size S changed to M because all S rooms are full, the result is more spacious and roomy. Staff service, friendly and polite security guards, valet makes parking easier. Best experience hotel with an economical budget in Surabaya city. Excellent!

Dear Regantris Hotel thank you for your excellent service, all staff are friendly and responsive, room facilities are okay, room service is also friendly, one suggestion from me, please make sure the Qibla direction sticker/indicator in the room is not too hidden so it's a bit difficult when looking for the Qibla direction, you know it's covered by the AC 😅 other than that it's really good ✨ next time I go to Surabaya again, I will definitely stay here again.

Regantris hotel is very strategically located close to the city center, the cleanliness is good, the staff is friendly, the food is varied, but in the future the towels and linen need to be refreezed because they are already dull and have holes, overall great.
