Overall the place is strategic, only in the room there is no small trash can, and in the bathroom there is no hanger to put towels, and there is no jet shower in the toilet, and yesterday I asked the staff for the wifi password but they didn't give me the reason (don't know, there's no wifi) even though yesterday I stayed in 2022 I was given the wifi password and in my opinion the employees were not very friendly at check-in and check-out, the important point when checking out is that the staff can provide friendly service so that guests feel interested in staying again and giving good reviews to fellow guests and recommending this place to various impressive stories.

The place is clean, the location is close to places to eat, the rooms are comfortable & spacious, the staff are friendly. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Palembang. Maybe just need a little repair on the bathroom door, because it's a bit difficult to lock, but otherwise everything is okay. Thank you Rian Kost, stay healthy.

Hello Ka Neni, Previously I apologize for the inconvenience that happened to you, I would like to explain what happened in the field, yes sis. I am the Owner of Rian Kost Pakjo. 1. For the Deposit issue. At Rian Kost Pakjo there is indeed no DEPOSIT, but an identity is required as collateral. However, if the identity card is not clear or in a damaged condition, it can be replaced with another identity or replaced with a deposit. The deposit is also intact and 100% returned, sis. There is no deposit that is not returned, all are returned in full 100% 2. For check out, the maximum is 12 noon, sis. For employees, only follow the applicable SOP, sis. However, if you have WhatsApped or chatted directly to admin 1 at Rian Kost Pakjo, and got permission to check out late, you can just show me the chat proof. 3. To wait for check out time, it's actually not long, sis, the longest is 15 minutes, that's the longest. Usually it's only 5-10 minutes, sis, you're waiting because the employee is checking the room, whether there are any of your belongings left in the room, if there are any, they will be returned immediately. 4. For the attitude of the female employees, I personally apologize, sis. But I can assure you, sis, for all employees, God willing, according to SOP. And it is not allowed to be rude or do things that make guests uncomfortable. If there are any, you can record and send them to admin 1, sis, free 2-day stay if my employees behave badly to you. Sorry, sis, maybe because you are just getting emotional so everything is negative in your mind, I personally apologize if there are any words or experiences that are unpleasant. But I try to do my best to make guests feel at home and comfortable staying at Rian Kost Pakjo at a low price in the center of Palembang. Once again, I apologize, sis. Thank you, sis.
