The receptionist, two ladies, doesn't reflect her as a good hotel staff, she doesn't have an attitude towards guests, even the OB employees themselves dare to curse in front of passing guests without thinking about the OB's own feelings.

Resepsionis nya (Ibu Indri) ga bisa jaga privasi tamu yang menginap, sembarangan kasih info ke orang lain tentang tamu yang menginap dan menurut saya kalo di hotel itu privasi di nomor 1 kan tapi ini lancang banget menyebarkan privasi yang sedang menginap. Saya mohon jaga privasi karena itu penting untuk yang menginap.

Please, the owner is looking for really few employees, the female receptionist is wearing really ugly glasses. There's no smile, he speaks in a high tone, I won't stay here any more, the room is okay, but if you just enter, you'll already be shouted at and it won't feel good when you stay.

Security malamnya keren banget, dari parkiran udah di sambut dengan ramah. Eh pas reservasi dia juga yang melayani. 1 lagi pas gue bilang AC gak dingin, yang dateng ke kamar gue nyetingin tuh AC dia juga, top banget pokoknya Pak Niko. Gue pikir punya jurusnya Naruto seribu bayangan hahaha. Semangat terus Pak Niko 😁

The cashier on night shift has a little white child like a *****. For the owner, if you are looking for the right employees, yes. Too many privacy rules, I feel disturbed.
