Apparently they do not have any non smoking room. I asked for it and my room was smell cigarettes, even the pillow case and bed sheet.

the bathroom has a lot of cobwebs, it has not been used for a long time, and when you walk in front of the room there are mice, so you think the staff can't protect guest privacy

The staff is friendly, it's just a shame the hotel is not well maintained and neither are the rooms.

The receptionist, two ladies, doesn't reflect her as a good hotel staff, she doesn't have an attitude towards guests, even the OB employees themselves dare to curse in front of passing guests without thinking about the OB's own feelings.

Please, the owner is looking for really few employees, the female receptionist is wearing really ugly glasses. There's no smile, he speaks in a high tone, I won't stay here any more, the room is okay, but if you just enter, you'll already be shouted at and it won't feel good when you stay.

The cashier on night shift has a little white child like a *****. For the owner, if you are looking for the right employees, yes. Too many privacy rules, I feel disturbed. New employees have lots of rules. I said in the application that the KTP has never been detained, this is the first time it has been detained. And there are friends who just come and it's limited. Before I stayed here many times, there were no rules like this and it was comfortable. This is new employee t****

The facilities are really lacking. The mattress smells. The sheets were full of cigarette holes.
