Friendly staff, fast and easy check in and check out. Decent hotel room, there is a balcony. Only the soap and shampoo are almost finished, luckily I brought my own.

The hotel is close to the city center, there are quite a lot of food choices and minimarkets around the hotel, the cleanliness is quite good, but at night it is quite noisy for a city view room (in the middle of the night you can hear a motorbike race or something). The breakfast is great.

Stayed for the second time, spacious room, cold air conditioner, unfortunately the hot shower water is not hot, strong water pressure, coincidentally got on the 8th floor, breakfast has many variants and is quite delicious especially the vegetable salad. Aaproval recommendation for a staycation with family.

This hotel was amazing, but I think you should improve the sofa in the front desk. Because when sitting, the chair feels very deep and far from the table surface. But overall the hotel was good, the food also good. The service from the staff is standard but not bad. I think it's many of school students' internship? Just check their grooming for a better experience for the guest.

The room is quite spacious and clean, for two people to stay. The sahur breakfast is quite varied, the bed is big, the AC is cold, the shower is hot & cold. The amenities are sufficient. Near Indomart/Alfamart, just cross the road. Near the legendary Kedai Kita restaurant.

moved rooms because the first room's AC was not cold at all, the second room was also not cold and the toilet was very smelly. The front office did not say sorry and thank you when complaining or checking out.

I've been here twice, but the last time the room floor was dirty, the water in the bathroom sink wouldn't go down which eventually caused a leak. Yesterday when I sat at the table in front of the swimming pool it was also dirty, there were leftover bread from someone who hadn't cleaned it up, many of the tables were dirty. It seems like there's not enough staff.

the room is very spacious, the bathroom is spacious, clean, fragrant, the bed is okay but unfortunately 2 beds are made into 1 but its okay, it doesn't hurt your body that much. the food is delicious, lots of variations, I haven't tried the pool, the service is okay. got a cheap price too. recommend if you go to Bogor city to stay here.
