The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The swimming pool clean and healthy. We like the environments as it is look fresh with the garden.

I choose the hotel because it is not quite far from the airport and the google map shows that there was mall nearby. The room was not ready yet when I arrive, but it was actually not too much more than the written check in time. I saw some others experience similar case in the lobby. The room itself not impressive at all, it was small (which was actually no big deal for me), the problem was that it didn't look clean at all. Maybe because it is an old hotel. Many burn mark from cigarette on the furniture. The main problem for me is that I was asking for non smoking room, but it seems they don't have any (I wasn't carefully see the room details in app), and I ended in a room with strong cigarette smoke odor. I call the front desk and get a promise for maintenance, but they never show up. I opened the window for a while to reduce the smell. I think they should start to provide some non smoking room if they want to improve. The only positive thing was that there were many food stall around the location. But sorry. Definitely not coming back to the hotel.

The cleanliness was good. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I was a bit sweaty in the room, because the air conditioner didn’t work well, it took a long time to wait till it cool. I have called the receptionist for checking the trouble. They checked it. But, still, it wasn’t as cool as I have experienced in another hotel. That’s all, thank you, Royal Palm.
