The staff is very friendly, kind, responsive, very caring, the hotel rooms are clean, especially access to the city center is very easy and close to the Grand Mall Batam, I often stay here, makes me feel at home.

The room and bathroom smelled + dirty, some of the pillow cases were torn, the room was not soundproof, it was really noisy, I swear. After only 2 hours, I immediately left for another hotel

Hotel was near the main road, and for a family room is only located one floor below the club, you can imagine the noise untik 4am, mix with car sound, sound proof need to be increased. Don't expect much with the facilities and room, you pay less than average hotel room in the city.

Check in requires deposit. Limited carpark space. Small Room was not ventilated properly. Hotel corridor has some weird mouldy smell. Room was clean and tidy. Be prepared to face the noise at night as there was a night lounge at the rooftop. Loud music live band till 4-5am. Hotel good for youngsters not recommended for family with children or grandparents.

Wow, really happy to stay here! Firstly, the receptionist is friendly, not rude. The room is fragrant, clean, beautiful, I like it, not very spacious but comfortable. It's complete with a water heater if you want to drink tea or coffee, the AC is cold, you don't have to wait long, the price is affordable, the location is also strategic. Looking for a moment together is really suitable, hehe. Anyway, I will staycation here again.

I arrived at 1:15, the room was ready and empty. I want to leave my bag and suitcase, but I can't because the info from the reception check-in specifically for Traveloka has to be at 14:00. Annoying experience because as an application customer, guests are number 2 right. Meanwhile, guests who go directly to the hotel can check in directly. Hotel management uses double standards.
