The toilet is like a public toilet, dirty and crusty. The pillowcases are fragrant but smelly. The towels are dull. The bathroom door can't be closed properly.

In general, Hotel Saka is good, only the breakfast menu is monotonous. Please pay attention to the hotel management to be more varied, both in terms of menu and taste. Thank you.

Nice room, poor room cleanliness, lots of hair left on the sheets. The bathroom drain is clogged causing water to pool when taking a shower. The AC is not cold even though we set the temperature to 16.

The AC doesn't work, the toilet is dirty, there are no mats, the mattress and blankets don't seem to have been changed, it's stuffy, the cupboard is broken.

Check in time was delayed by almost 1 hour. The sheets and pillow cases smelled, it seemed like they hadn't been changed from the previous guest. The front of the room was flooded. Breakfast was standard for this price, but the staff were friendly.
