this hotel has an amazing view (i really recommend to have breakfast at the terrace), very helpful and friendly staffs (they are one of the most friendly staffs i've ever met), good food, easy transportation (the commute boat from tiga raja stop in front of the hotel every 1 hour). highly recommended.

The receptionist staff is not friendly, housekeeping is also slow to prepare towels in the room. Strategic location and good view, food is less varied and tastes bad, for example the lontong is hard. Parking lot is spacious.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator. My family and I were placed on the 3rd floor. Oh my. In the bathroom there is no curtain so water comes out easily, and there is no mat in the bathroom. The AC is not cold at all. At the edge of the lake you have to go up and down stairs, it is dangerous for small children.

The rooms are nice, quite spacious, there is a balcony, the bathroom has a bathtub, there is hot water, the view from the room is good, the breakfast is quite good. You can play jetski & speedboat & take a boat from under the hotel. The hotel view is really good, there is a swimming pool, stayed 2 nights for this price, very satisfied

The room was OK but the AC needs to maintain as it was not cold and the closet flush did not work well, water did not stop, had asked the front desk to send technician to fix it but the technician did not do anything. Lack of dust bin inside the room, was only one in the shower room but not in the bedroom. Found dirt at the edges especially at front door, details cleaning must be implemented. Food variety was good but the taste were flat. No juice or cordial selection, the bread toaster did not work well, one of the burner was broken, immediate action should be taken as it creates long queue.

Large room 2 beds 1 large 1 small. Free breakfast for 3 people, but the menu isn't quite right if the room price is around 700. Just nasgor. Soto. Chicken porridge for heavy food. The rest is fine. There's fruit. Toast. Various hot drinks. Direct view of the shoreline of Lake Toba.
