With that price I think it's OK.. My 2 nights there were very memorable,.. it's just that for the upper part of the 3rd floor, the SMOKING area, please pay more attention to it... the suitability of the chairs and the trash.. oh my God, I have no appetite, I want to eat in the room. I'm bored and afraid of the smell of food in the room... it would be better if there was a net roof so if you want to have breakfast upstairs in the morning while accompanying your husband smoking, it would be more comfortable and not hot.. but for all it's OK.. hopefully SANS Hotel will be more successful again, lopyuuu

the place is very comfortable and close to the city center, especially very close to the PSR Turi station. to buy food outside the hotel, there are already many foods in front of it if it's night with the location of Indomaret Alfamart is also quite close so it's very safe. for the room is very comfortable, the bathroom too. the service is also very friendly. to see the fireworks on New Year's Eve on the rooftop also really like to be seen on the 3rd floor. do not regret staying here 👍

Plus points: Fast wifi, can leave your stuff before/after check-in time, many lighting options, some are warm or cold, cheap compared to other hotels, help to take out your motorbike if it's full, you can brew your own coffee. Minuses: in my opinion the location is a bit far from the city center, the room is not very clean as seen from the room walls that haven't been repainted, there is no place to put your sandals, and there are no hotel sandals, so the floor gets dirty quickly if you're not careful where you put your sandals. The flush got stuck on the second day, hot water only appears occasionally. The motorbike parking area is not very spacious.

For those of you who are looking for a hotel in West Surabaya, you can find it here, it's quite cheap. The location is also close to food and snacks, near Alfamart too, there are stalls, or laundry.

The hotel is okay and the price is cheap but unfortunately the road access is a bit narrow and there are road repairs going on.

I've stayed here twice and it's always comfortable, the place is clean, the AC is cold, the wifi is fast and unmatched (I haven't found wifi as good as this anywhere else), the only downside is the bathroom toilet, the first time I got a toilet that couldn't flush, the second time I got a leaking toilet. But overall it's very good, especially since there are lots of food vendors around so I'm not confused

The cleanliness of the room is very clean 👍🏻. But for comfort it is very lacking, please check the electric current when I sleep I can get electrocuted continuously, there is an electric current that spreads to the mattress so I can't rest peacefully. The AC is not cold at all, it seems like it's time to add freon, instead the AC is damaged because it has to work extra.

Near the main access road of Mayjen Sungkono towards Pakuwon, even though it is in an alley, the place is nice and spacious

Overall, I like this hotel. It has 3-star hotel facilities presented in a compact form such as hot water, air conditioning, TV, and others. The size is just right but I don't like the layout of the room so when praying I have to look for a mosque nearby because the direction of prayer faces the bed which means there is not enough space next to the bed but fortunately the mosque is not too far away considering its location is near a residential area (in the morning there are also many people selling breakfast). Even so, the location is strategic, close to IndoRT, AlfaMRT, and Wrung Klontong Madura, there is also frequent traffic at the Wira Wiri feeder (only because there is a box culvert project, cars can't enter the hotel parking lot at the moment) + it turns out it's really close to Ciputra World, just enter from Jln Mayjen Sengkono to Jln Bintang Diponegoro, turn back then enter Jln Raya Pakis and just keep going until there's a plan g the hotel's neon box (it's enough to get there if you don't want to bother navigating Google Maps through small alleys). Apart from that, the bathroom also doesn't have a mat, even though the bathroom in a room priced under 200 thousand is very good and clean, so the floor of the room is muddy because there's no one to wipe your feet with. Some corners of the room were also dirty because I found a yellow liquid somewhere in the corner of the couch near the table. Then it seemed like the room also felt quite damp so mold appeared on the wall that directly faced the bathroom door. Actually, this hotel is good and worth staying, but the issue of cleanliness and hygiene still requires special attention. What's more, when I checked out I also smelled a fishy smell after mopping (maybe I didn't use mop when mopping) so that needs to be taken into account in the future. It's a shame that the price is already good, the room is also adequate, the hospitality is quite good, but the issue of cleanliness and hygiene is still a priority 🙏🏼
