There is no closet but the room is spacious and the bathroom is clean. At first the problem was the bidet was broken but it was fixed. And the worst thing is the FO staff is really rude lol there is no impression of hospitality, hopefully they can be trained again in the future

The location is okay, but unfortunately the staff is rude and serves while angry and angry. There is no smile at all. The service is terrible. The room is also dirty. The mattress makes you itch. The sheets are also yellow. For those who are really forced to stay here, I recommend that you find another place to be proud of. The only thing is that the parking lot is quite spacious and the toilets are spacious and clean. However, the water is very hot during the day. It is very hot in the afternoon.

The guard who is guarding the hotel is indeed a legend, there is no arrogant smile and doesn't care if the person who comes is older, the big minus of this hotel is him, maybe the owner has become stupid

It just so happened that I had a job that was quite close so I ended up staying here, but I really won't be coming back here again, the receptionist was really rude, as a customer, every time I passed by the receptionist, they would always greet me with a smile but they would look away and look down on the visitors, I asked the CS to throw away the trash until I complained to the receptionist but they ignored it, in the end we threw it away in front of the hotel for 3 days, the price of a small bottle of drink which is usually 3 thousand, at this hotel the price is 10 thousand, it beats tourist attractions hahah,

I swear it's really comfortable, really nice, the place is really clean. Highly recommended. The toilet is clean, the water can be hot/warm/cold. Lots of soap and it's good. The staff are also friendly. Spacious parking lot, easy to find coffee, snacks and heavy meals.

For the hotel area is nice and comfortable. Not noisy. I hope the cleanliness of the bed is improved because there is something that makes me feel uncomfortable. But the rest is good and added a trash can in the toilet to make it easier when throwing away wet or dry trash. Thank you.

For the receptionist ladies who are not very friendly, please improve Bassic Menner to visitors. The room is dirty, like it hasn't been cleaned, lots of dust and the sheets and pillows smell of urine & are damp. The TV can't be used because it hasn't been updated, the screen is dim, there is no cupboard, requests are not read and not given according to what we ask for. Just once here with a very bad message at a fairly expensive price but the facilities are not appropriate.

At first the service and the room were good, clean and fragrant, but the further along the service was bad, the receptionist had a grumpy face, no greetings, etc., the sheets in the room were dirty, the towels were the same, there was only a little hot water, basically the further along it was, instead of being good, it was disappointing.
