The AC leaked. Stayed 2 nights but was only given 2 bottles of mineral water. The employees are friendly and smile a lot. Limited car parking. The room was clean, the toilet was also clean. The hot water works although it takes a while to get hot.

Wifi is unstable, hot water takes a long time, mattresses sag a bit on one side, parking is not well organized, there is a roof renovation that slightly disturbs comfort, there was a problem with the room card but it was said to be a visitor's fault even though it was a system problem that did not activate the room key access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room does not have a water heater. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bed and walls. The "kamitetep" that are abundant on the walls should be easy to clean. It is also better to vacuum the mattress before installing the sheet.

Hotel mungil, bersih, sayang tidak ada lift untuk tiap lantai, tangga jalan ke lantai atas kecil, untuk ukuran family kamar besar, tapi saya tidak merekomendasi kan kamarnya, karena ada di lantai 4.

There's no lift, it's really tiring to get to the 5th floor of the family room, aah, tiring, the stairs are really steep and not suitable for children, families and seniors.

Hihihii, I like sleeping there, I'm satisfied, it's cheap and the rooms are clean, but sometimes the first bathroom I ordered smells really bad. But the second room I ordered was clean and all smelled good.

It's strange to have a top floor but no elevator, which makes it very difficult for guests, it's better to bring the cover, the service instead just look at it, at least help bring it.

Pelayanannya baik banget ramah semua kamar juga bersih sayangnya toilet nya bau tapi abis complain langsung dibersihin tapi tetep bau ga tau kenapa dan ga ada lift harus naik turun tangga di lantai 5 dengan barang-barang yang banyak, itu aja sih tapi overall bagus kok untuk 4 malem seru dan ga terlalu jauh dari beberapa wisata.
