Sans Hotel Roxy Jakarta

Got a room that was rarely used it seems, lots of small cockroaches, spider webs, cleaned as needed, the important thing is that it looks neat. But when I opened the bedcover there were lots of stains, even like blood🥹. For food, it turned out I got a rice box and couldn't choose.

The AC is not cold enough. But overall it's OK.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the ITC roxy area, and the culinary street of Biak. In my opinion, the room I stayed in was quite comfortable, only the cleanliness of the bathroom could still be improved, there were still not enough tissues in the room, the TV broadcast sometimes had no signal, and the room was still a bit less soundproof.

The bed is quite big, attached to the karaoke, so if you are on a staycation you can heal while having karaoke.

Not recommended to come here anymore. The hotel staff is not friendly.

This hotel is worth it, but it's not worth it for families.

The most honest review of many travel agendas. Real picture of room condition. Open the door and immediately find a cockroach. Next on the towel after showering there was another smaller cockroach. Had a request via the app for early check in & clean sheets but nothing was approved. The bed sheets are so dirty it makes you itchy. Book with breakfast. But it turned out that when I wanted to check out at 6 am there was no staff in the lobby. The lobby was pitch black. As a result, breakfast was not claimed. There is no information about the lobby & hotel being integrated with the karoke bar. Not comfortable. The staff is not a basic hotelier. Not friendly. The address is also strange. I'm looking for apps for the Central Jakarta area. It turns out the hotel address is in West Jakarta. As a result, it's far from everywhere.
