Better than my expectation! I booked this hotel for a one-night escape to Serpong to meet some friends and have fun. Honestly, I hesitated at first. But the hotel surprised me! The staff was super kind. The breakfast (we chose to get it in sahur time) was quite satisfying. We could prefer either Western or Indonesian food for sahur. The Ramadan atmosphere was very well reflected with the music and decoration. I loved the ambiance. The pool is small but clean and there is a space to sit and chill with your friends. The only minus is that the room we stayed was small, though enough for a one-night stay. Also it was connecting to another room from inside and that room was also occupied. That made us a little bit unrest. And the parking lots are not that many, but luckily I had a place every time I tried to park my car. Overall, the experience was quite satisfying for a budget staycation. Thanks for the good service!

I had breakfast at 6 am, none of the food was warm... the service staff were not very friendly, they were stingy with smiles... parking for overnight guests should be prioritized inside the building, but instead event guests were prioritized, in the end we had to carry our suitcases to the workshop across the street... the parking arrangement is not efficient... prioritize overnight guests! Don't throw overnight guests' cars behind the workshop next door...

for the owner of the Saphire Hotel๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป the security guard in the basement parking lot must be re-educated
I brought a vehicle, of course I parked it in the area provided
but I was asked where to go? to the Saphire Hotel or not and was directed to park the vehicle in front of a smelly trash can
I checked in 1 person for a junior suite room, I paid in full for 2 people, but the service did not make me comfortable
is there anyone who parks vehicles in the basement to stay overnight other than at the Sapphire Hotel???

The staff are very friendly here, loved the location because it's located in uncrowded area, easy access to anywhere such as minimarket or restaurants, the process for checking in are fast and simple, I have been to this hotel for many times if I wanted to stay in BSD area, in conclusion, recommended for a 3stars hotel! Close to main road access. For AC please clean it regularly so that there is no leak. And for the pool there is no one for children. So far nice, like the breakfast
