This new hotel is perfect for business trip ,transit or even staycation. Clean and comfy room with all new stuff. Staff is welcome. All is good except the parking space is limited.

When I checked in, I got a room upgrade and it was very pleasant. I was informed that the room had a connecting door to the next room and the connecting door between the rooms had been locked. But when I entered, I found that the door was not locked. I contacted the receptionist to ask for the door to be locked immediately. It took a long time for this to be done. Please make sure that this does not happen again to me or other guests. Because if I do not check the condition of the door, it will certainly disturb my privacy or the privacy of the guests staying in the next room. When I entered the room, there were no guests in the room.

The staff is friendly, very kind to request breakfast to be delivered to the room because my little one is afraid of taking the elevator heheh, the suggestion is that the bathroom tiles could be replaced with rough tiles so that they are not slippery when wet.

For the location, room size and interior are very good. However, the soundproofing is very lacking, the sound of the bathroom water from the next room is very disturbing, the sounds from the next room can also be heard. The shower part of the bathroom has no place to put soap, so it is difficult to get in and out because it has to be placed on the toilet. There is no exhaust, so the air in the bathroom does not circulate. Hopefully it can be a concern for management too. So far quite satisfied staying at Savero Style.

1. Hotel access is ok on the side of the road,
2. Parking is very narrow, so everything is valet, it's a bit difficult if we leave something in the car because the valet parking is far away
3. For refillable water, it would be better to provide a dispenser on each floor. If you want to ask for a refill of water, you have to call but no one comes to the room to fill it. Until finally I had to go to the lobby to bring a kettle and wait for the kettle to be filled
4. The towels are dirty, there are black stains so it's a bit ticklish
