The staff seems to be limited..the restaurant lights are off, it feels scary..the swimming pool is dirty...don't know what else to do

Family room, there are still 2 rooms inside (spacious room) + 1 bathroom.
The staff is quite friendly.

Accidentally spent the night here because it rained. This hotel is actually a hidden gem. It's close to everywhere to find daily necessities. It's just that the cleanliness needs to be improved and given special attention. Also, the impression of a boarding house needs to be changed in terms of lighting in the room, just make it bright. The shower also needs to be improved because only 3 holes come out. I think it would be better if the shower was made with more water discharge. The initial impression of this hotel seems "half-hearted" like hesitant if people will run. There are many things that can be maximized and explored. It's a shame with so many advantages but it feels like they are not presented. Hopefully it will be constructive input. It can be done. It can be even more optimal. Good luck.

There is no cloth (mat) at the entrance/exit of the bathroom, the side room is having a toilet smackdown🤣 it doesn't sound good even though it's midnight 🤣, apart from that it's great, just to sweeten my comment🙏

Thank you sir/madam for agreeing to stay at Savita Garden Inn, usually the doormat when new guests enter is located above the toilet in the bathroom, but if for example there isn't one, I apologize for the negligence of the HK officer, immediately ask the officer if there isn't one. , once again apologize for the inconvenience, hopefully another day you will be willing to return to Savita Garden Inn if you are in Yogya, stay healthy, sir/madam and your family. Even though at that time the receptionist herself told me that there was an officer bringing my things because I happened to be staying with a large family, but instead the officer just told me the location of the room and we each brought our things. If you don't want to bring the goods from the start, you shouldn't have to say that you want to bring the goods. Hopefully it can be a lesson for the future.

Pay more attention to the existing facilities because the few times I've stayed here there are some facilities that are not adequate, such as the bathroom door handle which needs to be replaced/repaired and the water heater is lacking because when I shower in the morning the water can't get warm.

Near the hotel there is Indomaret, angkringan, Astajava Cafe, there are also people selling noodles/fried rice at night. The hotel is quite quiet, clean, the hotel staff is also very helpful.

Room 102 is really bad: Hot water doesn't come out, AC isn't cold, The power plug next to the bed is dead, can't be used, so the only thing that can be used is under the TV. There are only 4 TV channels, and there is no telephone facility.
