Segara Camp Kintamani

I had probably what as the worst experience in a hotel in my life. It started when I arrived there with my mom for a hiking to Mount Batur on next morning. The first thing that got our attention was the fact that the bathroom was not private. And got a bit worst when I realized that the hotel has around 20 of the glamping but only to toilets and 3 showers for the hotel amount of guests. After that we realized a big group was arriving and already starting to play loud music and karaoke. Our hiking was going to start at 3:30 AM so I asked the staff about because we got suspicious of they having a party there and they told me was just friends and they gonna stop later. Went for dinner and 8:30 PM we came back but the music was still there. So I asked when was going to stop cause we need to sleep as early as possible and they answered that was going until 10 PM. Even though was super Ann to have non stop music and chatting close to the tent, there was non stop flux of people coming and going from the bathroom. It was kind of like a party's bathroom but I was sleeping right next to it and what separates us was just a layer of cloth, so felt like people were in my room. At 10 pm I went to the reception and asked them to talk with guests and stop the party. One guy said he was going immediately there to do that. Then the music stopped for like 10 minutes and started again. Before 11 pm I tried again to talk with staff but they're not there. So after a while the receptionist came from the party area (can't say if she joined them) and I asked once again to stop the music cause in around 4 hours I needed to wake up. She went back there but nothing changed. So I gave up and just tried to sleep and eventually around 1 AM the music stopped for good and I could rest for 2 hours before wake up for the hiking. On my way back to the hotel they offered me breakfast and I answered saying I wanted to sleep cause couldn't rest because of the party.

We had pleasant stay here. Special thanks to Madi, he was very helpful and friendly.

I love the view from the hotel, especially at night you can see a lot of the stars while staying at the pool. The minus point is just the fly but we can't do anything about it. Tips: take royal glamping room to get a better experience.

Penginapan dengan view yang luar biasa, namun sayang sekali fasilitas kamarnya kurang. Saya stay di type kamar yg cukup tinggi gradenya (royal camp), tp fasilitasnya kurang. Kamar tidak memiliki ac/fan atau exhose fan, dengan ukuran kamar yg kecil menjadikan penginapan ini terlihat sumpek/engap. Kamar mandinya pun utk showernya sangat aneh menurut saya. Amanitiesnya pun hanya sabun dan sikat gigi. Dengan harga yg saya bayar jika fasilitasnya seperti itu menurut saya kurang. Pelayanan sudah oke, namun pihak restaurant menunya kurang banyak. Saran utk penginapan ini agar diperbaiki: 1. Sirkulasi udara kamar. 2. Shower. 3. Kelengkapan amanities. 4. Menu room service dining. 5. Wifinya kurang kenceng.

There is black fungges at the room, and no air fan inside. Hard to find food at night & selection of food at day time is limited.

Really love the ambience. You get to see the lake, mountains, paddy terrace and other vegetations all at once which gives a sense of serenity. And you get to see sunrise! The workers are very nice and helpful in providing navigation and assisting with our baggage. Just don't forget to keep your room 's door closed or flies will get into your room, but they do provide flies repellent spray when requested. This happen because this place is close to vegetation. Overall, still can't move on from this place 😔 🫶.
