The hotel is nice but poorly maintained, the rooms are not very clean and there are lots of mites on the mattress, the service is friendly and hospitable, hopefully it can be better.

Just a standard room, for a room around 300 in downtown Bandung. But the inside is not very clean.

According to the price, there is a price for quality. Order 3 rooms, 1 of which had a problem with the AC not working, the room smelled.

The hotel staff is friendly, the security guards are very helpful.

The wall needs to be repainted. The TV antenna signal is very bad, and many channels are not detected. As for the shower, the water is fine. The location is also close to a mall and has many street food options nearby.

From the room you can see the temple. Quite comfortable. But the bathroom at 330 the glass door can't be closed. And there are ants in the gaps in the walls. The dining equipment at 8 o'clock was finished. There was a lot of dirt on the carpet. Maybe next time we should pay more attention to cleanliness

The hotel lacks deep cleaning, especially the bathroom, the room is still dirty and smells musty. The baby crocoach came out of the bathroom 🫣🫣

The walls of the room are full of mold, the keycard cannot double key because they said there was no more card stock. There are no special towels provided at the pool, they are not provided because the reason is that they are all still in the laundry.

Checking out the room last seems to be because it was already night, there were lots of cockroaches in the bed.

I have stayed here twice, and the location is the main reason why I chose Serela Waringin. The room is quite comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean with water that is sometimes warm and sometimes not. What needs attention from the hotel management is when you want to enter the room, the door often gets stuck and cannot be opened.

Just once. I was late checking in and when I arrived I was already "checked in" with someone's phone number but using my name. I got a smelly and dirty room. It couldn't be locked and could be pushed from the outside. The food smelled fishy, when I complained "yes ma'am this is fried rice with shrimp paste" you want to give me something fishy? Instead of apologizing you just answered. Very bad

Even though the hotel's location is very strategic, close to Sudirman Street, close to Braga or the city center, even very close to Bandung Station. But for cleanliness, BIG NO!! Very dirty!!! 1. There were iron marks on the carpet, the carpet was dirty the next day when I asked for room service, it turned out that the carpet was still dirty as if it hadn't been vacuumed, what's even worse is that there were small cockroaches in the room, really bad. 2. The lighting in the room and bathroom was also lacking, it was so dim 🥹🥹 the room couldn't be locked, finally I called a technician to fix it hufft this room 301 was really bad 😢😢 the bathroom door couldn't be closed either. Booked during the holiday season, it should have been better. 3. The room is not soundproof, when I came home and wanted to rest, I could really hear the sound from the next room even though I wanted to rest hufft 4. There is no Netflix service, etc., there is only local TV but the TV is very blurry. Super slow room wifi 🙃 5. Looks like an old hotel, actually it's not a problem if the maintenance is good, but this cleanliness issue makes you shake your head 6. Hotel breakfast menu, mostly carbohydrates. Only prepare one side dish and one vegetable, the rest? Fried rice, curry rice, white rice, porridge 😂😂 some of them taste very salty, some have no taste at all 7. If for the staff, they are friendly, admittedly. Oh yeah, if you've contacted customer service via WA, why didn't you pick up the phone?
