a hotel that makes you feel at home, 1 or 2 days is not enough to stay here, the rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, especially the swimming pool which is very popular, you can play archery, cool photo spots, delicious food, the natural beauty is still maintained, making you feel even more at home

The entire staff is very friendly. The facilities for children are also very capable. The drawbacks are there is no air conditioning for the Seruni Pangrango room and also the lack of soundproofing in the bathroom. But overall it's good. What is clear is that next time I will try to stay here with another room.

because it's Eid holiday so the price is more expensive, complete facilities, nice rooms, friendly staff.. the hotel is very spacious.. the breakfast menu is varied.. 1 day is not enough to play in this hotel, but it's very tiring going up and down the stairs, especially if you get the back and top rooms.. when the kids are older, I want to come here again.

the staff is very friendly.. the facilities are very many.. the kids are happy, the breakfast is delicious and varied. there are many swimming pools. the sand pool is the kids' favorite. 3 days 2 nights feels less for us. don't want to feel at home anymore. next holiday will be more fun.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel rooms and hotel area are clean and tidy, the children's play facilities and Waterboom are complete. Every time I go on holiday to Puncak, I always stay here and it's never boring. The breakfast menu is complete, there are lots of choices and it's delicious, it's the best ππ₯°

The place is nice, the view is nice, overall okay. It's just that the walk is far if you go anywhere because the hotel is so big that you're out of breath to have breakfast π. But very satisfied. Thank you Seruni.
